From Eggs to Avocado Ice Cream

For Scavenger Hunt Sunday, I found opportunities to photograph the following items from the scavenger hunt list, plus find a photo of a childhood memory.

1. Long Exposure

Long exposure of the boys

My boys were good sports as I gave them different commands while experimenting with a slow shutter speed on my new camera.

2. Shapes

Catfish

I remember being extremely proud of this gigantic catfish I caught in the Connecticut River at about age 11. I believe I am wearing Garanimals. And, boy, did I love that Mustang.

  6. I am really wanting to move to wordpress from blogger… I think you need to do a “how to” post :)

Hi Kristen, I found “how to” posts on it through Google and followed their advice. I did have to make a few phone calls in there about transferring my service for self-hosting. Two WordPress plugins that I found helpful were “Blogger importer” and “Blogger to WordPress Redirection.” When people find my old blog, it automatically redirects them to my new blog. My pages didn’t transfer, so I had to recreate them, but everything else went pretty smoothly. Good luck!
