For Scavenger Hunt Sunday, I found opportunities to photograph the following items from the scavenger hunt list, plus find a photo of a childhood memory.
1. Long Exposure
My boys were good sports as I gave them different commands while experimenting with a slow shutter speed on my new camera.
2. Shapes
These lovely half-dozen eggs are from the farmers’ market I visited today.
3. Green
I am working on a recipe for avocado ice cream for a raw vegan ice cream sandwich challenge.
4. Fruit
5. Childhood Memory
I remember being extremely proud of this gigantic catfish I caught in the Connecticut River at about age 11. I believe I am wearing Garanimals. And, boy, did I love that Mustang.

Your photos are making me hungry. HA HA and it looks like you had too much fun with long exposure.

Great interpretations! I like avocados, but not sure how I’d like the ice cream. Cute childhood memory! And the boys are having fun with that long exposure shot!
Hmmmm avocado ice cream. That sounds interesting! Can’t wait to hear how it turns out

The switch went well. All my posts moved over, but my pages didn’t though.
I am really wanting to move to wordpress from blogger… I think you need to do a “how to” post
Hi Kristen, I found “how to” posts on it through Google and followed their advice. I did have to make a few phone calls in there about transferring my service for self-hosting. Two WordPress plugins that I found helpful were “Blogger importer” and “Blogger to WordPress Redirection.” When people find my old blog, it automatically redirects them to my new blog. My pages didn’t transfer, so I had to recreate them, but everything else went pretty smoothly. Good luck!
