When horrific violence visits a small town, we shake our heads, wipe our tears, and ask, “Why?”
And now is the time to ask.
“Are we really prepared to say that we’re powerless in the face of such carnage, that the politics are too hard? Are we prepared to say that such violence visited on our children year after year after year is somehow the price of our freedom?”

I wish for the families in Newtown to find some comfort in the times ahead. I wish for our leaders to find the strength to change our country.

This is really really sad. Why do psychos target schools???? Praying for the families. Can’t even imagine what they are going through.
