Unpacking the Christmas Ornaments

Unpacking the Christmas ornaments each year brings a flood of memories….

My parents, my husband’s parents, our grandparents, ourselves in our early marriage, and our kids’ lives are all represented somewhere on the tree through these little bits of family history that we’ve collected.

The best part about putting up Christmas stuff is reliving all the memories. Love it. :)

  2. I remember you from your icon. I’m ready to unpack boxes today. I just posted that on another website. Such connections are so strange and wonderful. Every year we buy a new ornament for our girls so they have a piece of home at their new homes. Enjoy Sharefest and Christmas.
