101 Things: The Grid

UPDATE: I add new challenges to this permanent page here–The Grid: 101 Things and Beyond

With about six months left to complete 101 things in 1001 days, it’s time to take stock of how I am doing.

I am in pretty good shape for completing my list, but I can’t find a cow to milk, and I am dreading zorbing. Juggling and dancing through the end of the Dance Central game may be beyond the limits of my coordination, but I will give them my best shot.

My completed tasks:

You are awesome congratulations on all of your tasks. I can knit if that helps, unfortunately I live in perth which isn’t going to help you. xxx Rae

    • Marcy says:

Thanks, Rae. I tried to learn how to knit by watching a video, and I did okay for the first row, but then everything eventually got so tight I couldn’t move the needles.

  2. LydiaF says:

I had to look up “zorbing” lol. That’s an impressive list you’ve compiled and completed! Visiting from SITs Sharefest. Keep plugging away :)!

    • Marcy says:

Thanks, Lydia. I guess I should have mentioned. So for anyone else who wanders along, it’s rolling down a hill like a giant hamster in a big plastic ball.

  3. Very cool. I love lists like these. I have a few to-do lists & Summer bucket lists. Stopping by from SITS.

  4. HI Marcy,

This is really incredible. You’re nearly there! Are you enjoying it? Getting a second wind or looking forward to blobbing out once it’s finished?!

I started knitting again. I’ve done one row a month for the last three months… need to work on that 😉

    • Marcy says:

Thanks. I have loved working on this list. I do have a second wind as I head into my summer vacation. I am sure I will miss it once it’s done. Good luck with the knitting–slow and steady wins the race. 🙂 I still need to start. I might have a chance to get a lesson this weekend.

This is AMAZEBALLS! I love #32, because I just bought a pedometer and want to do the exact same thing. Congrats on so many checks, it’s impressive!
